Delivery Time

  • Standard shipping typically takes 4–5 business days.

  • Maximum delivery time is usually 10 business days, depending on your destination and local logistics.

  • Express shipping options are also available for faster delivery at an additional cost.

Made-to-Order Policy

Since all our dresses are made-to-order and custom-fit, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. We believe our clients understand that such bespoke pieces cannot be restocked or resold.

Exchange & Fixes

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives with a manufacturing issue—such as a stitching defect or incorrect detailing—we are happy to:

  • Exchange the item, or

  • Correct the issue to meet our quality standards.
